A note about new orders:

As of 2026, we are highly encouraging customers to order three-quarter or full sets of pipes from the outset. While we will still piecemeal a set together over the course of months or years, this ends up being more expensive and risky due to the coordination of shipping, communication, design updates, et al. For the best results, we find that it is ideal to build the set all at once. So, please consider this as you go through the decision process.

We now offer pipes pitched in modern ‘D,’ ‘C,’ and ‘B.’

Deposits: 

• Non-refundable deposit due at the time of ordering applies to the final price.
• Deposits are $750 for a practice set, $1,700 for a half set, and $2,600 for a full set.
• Half of the remainder is due roughly four weeks from completion. The final payment is due before shipping, or day of pick up.
• For example, if you were to order a full set with one key and straight bass bar (total $15,525):
  $2,600 due upon order initiation ($12,925 balance remaining).
  $6,462.50 due four weeks out from completion ($6,462.50 remaining).
  $6,462.50 due at pick up (or before shipping, in which case the shipping would be added to the balance).

Prices are in U.S. Dollars and vary slightly for custom materials.

Shipping: 

Minimum Shipping charge of $200 for most items though we HIGHLY encourage picking up your pipes if possible. Often, shipping price comes out to about $450, which might be more expensive than a round trip flight!
